We are always searching for highly skilled and highly committed candidates for PhDs and Postdocs, with a strong background in one or more of the following fields: physical chemistry, solid-state physics, electrical and chemical engineering, materials science and nanoscience/nanotechnology. Your application which includes letter of motivation, curriculum vitae, list of publications and references should be sent to Prof. Paolo Samorì (samori(at)unistra.fr).

Postdoc position in 2D materials opto-electronics

We are looking for highly motivated postdoc candidates with a PhD degree in physics or engineering and a strong background in electronic devices (transistors, light-emitting devices, memories) with 2D materials and/or macromolecules as active materials. Previous experience in electrical characterization of 2D materials also at low-temperature, and (nano)fabrication and characterization of electronic device based low-dimensional materials is beneficial.

The successful candidate will be integrated in a truly interdisciplinary and international group working on multifunctional materials and devices. Very good level of English (oral and written) is requested. Women are strongly encouraged to apply. Applications should include a cover letter, a curriculum vitae, a list of publications and the contact details of two references.
